WELCOME TO THE SKYKOMISH RIVER VALLEY
Lake Bronson is located just over 40-miles northeast of Seattle’s world-class theaters, restaurants, and museums. We are also just over 40-miles west of Steven’s Pass, part of the Cascade Loop Scenic Byway, which offers some of the state's best ski and recreation areas.
While Lake Bronson features miles of hiking trails and a 7.5 acre lake ideal for swimming and canoeing, additional hiking and boating opportunities are also located just up the road at Spada Lake Recreation Area.

While the Sultan area has its roots in logging, mining and farming, today Sultan is known for its excellent salmon and steelhead fishing, hiking, camping and river rafting.
Just 16 miles from Sultan, you will find Spada Lake, a huge reservoir that is the principal source of drinking water for two-thirds of Snohomish County. Call the Public Utility District at 1-800-562-9142 (ext 8668) or (425) 783-8668 for tours of the powerplant facility.
Osprey Park. In fall of odd numbered years, nearly 20,000 pink salmon fight their way up the Sultan River to spawn. This park offers front row seats to this amazing struggle, which occurs every two years. Leash your dogs or be ready to have one stinky ride home. Osprey Park is located in Sultan at 1st and High Street.
Stroll through town and enjoy fresh pastries, antiques, gift shops and more.
Visitors will also enjoy the annual Sultan Summer Shindig in July and the Music in the Park entertainment series.
